Fischer & Habel App

Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 7 June 2026

Fischer & Habel App (operated by Fischer & Habel GmbH) lets clients connect their e-commerce and marketing accounts (Amazon, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo). This page explains how to have associated data deleted, as required by those platforms' developer policies and by the GDPR.

1. Disconnect a connection (immediate)

Disconnecting a platform removes our access and deletes the stored credentials:

  • In the platform: revoke the app/partner access from the connected account (e.g. remove the Shopify app, revoke the Klaviyo OAuth grant, remove the Meta partner/asset access, or unlink the Google Ads manager link).
  • In Fischer & Habel App: an authorized user clicks Disconnect on the brand's Channels page.

On disconnection we immediately delete the stored access/refresh tokens from our encrypted vault and stop all further data access for that connection.

2. Request full deletion

To request deletion of all data we hold for your account or business, email privacy@fischer-habel.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the store/account identifier(s) concerned.

We will:

  1. Acknowledge the request within a few business days.
  2. Delete stored connection tokens and the platform data we hold for the identified account(s) — including cached metrics, listings/products data, and generated artifacts.
  3. Confirm completion, normally within 30 days.

We may retain a minimal record required to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud/abuse; such records are kept only as long as legally required.

3. Platform compliance webhooks

For platforms that send automated data-request / redaction webhooks (e.g. Shopify's customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact), our endpoint receives and acknowledges them. Fischer & Habel App does not store end-customer personal data from these platforms beyond aggregated metrics, so there is typically no personal data to return or redact; where any does exist for the identified account, it is deleted.
